PumpX Hoist is not responsible for damage, injury, equipment failure, or losses caused by misuse, improper operation, overloading, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow safety procedures.
Any warranty coverage will be listed in the written quote, invoice, purchase agreement, or manufacturer warranty documents. Unless stated in writing, PumpX Hoist makes no additional warranties or guarantees.

Return and Refund Policy

At PumpX Hoist, all returns and refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Because many of our products are custom-built, special-order, or heavy-duty equipment, some items may not be eligible for return once production, ordering, or customization has started.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery or pickup. To be eligible for return, items must be unused, in original condition, and approved by PumpX Hoist before being shipped back.

Approved refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refund amounts may be reduced for shipping costs, restocking fees, missing parts, damage, or completed custom work. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method when possible.
